This surrealist portrait probes what is passed down to us from our families and the horror of everything you didn’t
choose but still carry. Set against the backdrop of Puritanism in the American context, the film exposes
the primordial sludge that seeps beneath the relentless pursuit of cleanliness, purity, and the sanitization of the self.
